CMS TechSonance is an enterprise operations and workforce governance platform engineered for TechSonance InfoTech LLP to consolidate fragmented operations into a unified pane of glass. Built with Next.js 15, React 19, and Supabase PostgreSQL with strict Row-Level Security (RLS), the system manages daily operations — spanning a comprehensive HRMS suite (dual-source NFC attendance, GPS geofencing, IP whitelisting, overtime computation, daily work reports, leave management, automated payroll, and expense claims), complete Project Management (sprint lifecycles, milestones, Kanban task boards, and Supabase document storage), Client Relationship Management (CRM) with communication histories and deal pipelines, plus billing and financial run-rate analytics — all governed by a 23-role permission matrix across 13 core modules.
